Using Pixion

These terms apply to Pixion, operated by Gonzalez LLC in Pennsylvania, United States. By using Pixion, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement or use the service with the authorization of a parent or legal guardian. Protect your account and sign-in details.

Your content and acceptable use

You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit prompts and reference images and authorize their processing to generate your requested result. Do not use Pixion unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the service. We may suspend misuse.

AI-generated results

Pixion creates AI-generated logo imagery. Results may contain errors or resemble other designs. Review results before commercial use, printing or publication. We do not guarantee uniqueness, trademark clearance, copyright protection or fitness for your purpose. Image generation alone does not provide editable vector artwork. Use of outputs remains subject to applicable provider terms and third-party rights.

Credits and payments

Prices, credit-pack quantities and generation costs appear before checkout or generation. Purchases are one-time credit packs, not subscriptions. Credits do not expire while the service operates, cannot be transferred, and cannot be redeemed for cash except through an eligible refund.

Failed requests identified by Pixion’s generation service return deducted Pixion credits. Dissatisfaction with an otherwise completed output is different from a technical failure.

14-day refund policy

To request a refund, email thelab610@gmail.com within 14 days of your credit-pack purchase and include your checkout receipt. We refund the unused portion of that pack at its original per-credit purchase price, deduct the refunded credits and return the payment through Stripe to the original payment method.

Refunds and associated credit adjustments are handled by support, not automatically. Used credits are generally not refundable merely because a generated result does not match your preference. Duplicate payments, undelivered credits and technical failures will be investigated and corrected. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Availability and changes

Availability and generation times depend partly on third-party services. Features and prices may change prospectively. We will update these terms and provide any notice required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
