Privacy Policy

Effective September 14, 2026 · Gonzalez LLC · Pennsylvania, USA

About this policy

Pixion at www.pixion.store is operated by Gonzalez LLC in Pennsylvania, United States. This policy explains how we handle information when you use our website, sign in, generate images, purchase credits, or contact us.

Information we collect

Google sign-in provides your name, email address, profile image and account identifier. Authentication records may include Google tokens. We request basic identity information for sign-in, not access to Gmail or Google Drive.

We store your account identifier, credit balance, prompts, generation settings, links to reference and generated images, processing status and timestamps. Any provider credentials connected before that feature was retired remain encrypted; contact support to request their removal.

Stripe processes payments. We keep checkout identifiers, purchased credit quantities, payment amounts, account identifiers and timestamps to fulfill purchases and prevent duplicate delivery. Our application database does not store full card details.

Community sharing is optional. If you publish a design, its chosen title, public creator name and an optimized image copy become public. Prompts, email addresses and reference images are not included in posts. We store likes and reports with account identifiers for moderation; reporter identities are not shown publicly. Unsharing removes public access through Pixion, but cannot recall copies others saved.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to measure website visits and page views. Our analytics integration removes URL query parameters and fragments and does not send custom events containing account names, emails, prompts, credit balances or payment details.

We receive information you send in support messages. Hosting and payment providers may process IP addresses, browser information and operational logs. Essential authentication cookies keep you signed in.

How we use and share information

We use information to authenticate accounts, generate and display images, manage credits, fulfill purchases, answer requests, investigate abuse and operate the service. We do not sell Google account information or use it for advertising.

Vercel hosts Pixion and Neon stores application data. Google provides optional sign-in, Stripe handles checkout, and MuAPI processes generation requests through its generation infrastructure. Prompts and reference images are sent to MuAPI to produce your requested output. Provider processing, retention and any permitted model-training uses are governed by their applicable service terms and policies; Pixion does not promise zero retention by these providers.

Provider-hosted image links may be accessible to anyone who has the link. Do not submit confidential material or information you lack permission to share. Service providers may process data in the United States or other countries where they operate.

We may disclose information when required by law or as necessary to address fraud, security threats, or protect legal rights.

Visitor count and optional newsletter

Our public counter estimates unique browsers from the time it launched. A signed first-party cookie lasts up to one year; its pseudonymous hash and first-visit date are stored to avoid counting ordinary refreshes. Clearing cookies or switching browsers may count again. Short-lived keyed hashes of network addresses limit automated counting; raw addresses are not stored by this counter.

The newsletter is optional. Signing in does not subscribe you. If you opt in, we store your account identifier, email address, consent time and subscription preference. Resend processes email delivery when configured. Each newsletter includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also change your preference on the Newsletter page. Delivery records track provider acceptance, not whether you opened or read an email.

Retention and security

Account and generation records remain stored until deleted; Pixion currently has no automatic deletion schedule. Payment and operational records may be retained to fulfill purchases, resolve disputes, prevent duplicate fulfillment or meet legal obligations. Provider copies, backups and logs may follow different retention periods.

Account access controls and encryption protect information, including encrypted storage for any previously connected provider credentials. No service can guarantee absolute security. Protect your login.

Your choices and requests

You can delete eligible gallery entries and revoke Google access in your Google Account settings. Contact support to remove previously saved provider credentials. Deleting a gallery entry removes its Pixion record; it does not necessarily delete provider-hosted files or downloaded copies. Revoking Google access does not automatically delete your Pixion account.

Email thelab610@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion of account information. We may verify your identity before acting and explain any information we must retain for legal or payment-related reasons. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable law.

Children and policy changes

Pixion is a general-purpose brand design service and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and address it.

We will update this page when our practices change and provide notice or seek consent when required. The effective date identifies the current version.
